I am an author of films and literary forms. I have published two novels and one poetry book. My films have been screened at many festivals around the world. With DEER BOY I had my second Sundance film in competition, after FIGURA, which was screened there in 2016.
I’m an alumna of Berlinale Talents, European Short Pitch (Grand Prix), Torino Script Lab 2018 (special mention at the TFL Pitching Forum) and Biennale College Cinema (with THE SLUGS) and a scholarship holder of the Polish Film Institute (with THE ROOT CROWN) and Vlaams Audiovisueel Fonds (with PASSENGERS OF CARNIVALE).
I finished film studies at AMU University in Poznań, directing at Wajda School and a scriptwriting course at Script Atelier.
I was born in Kłodzko (Poland) and am now based in Brussels.
I’m a write-walker and a dream-thinker.
